Join the opera party! – dressed as a pirate

It’s a calypso/classical fusion. An opera. You can come dressed as a pirate! It’s about Wales & Trinidad, and it’s not like any other musical you’ll ever experience… it’s called An Act of Piracy

Join the opera party. Come and see the show. Calypso songs from Trinidad and classical British sea songs. In a pirate adventure story. And you can dress as a pirate…

The show is hosted by the remarkable singers Richard Parry & Mary-Anne Roberts. They first met whilst building this carnival…

An Act of Piracy opera show is set in the 1790s. Britian has just invaded Trinidad. Our story is of adventure, love and betrayal.

Our first audiences loved it. They caught the carnival spirit, and they came dressed as pirates…
